Full service manufacturing

We manufacture custom glassware for scientific and industrial uses of all kinds. Custom is defined as a design of your choice, or a design that is not a standard stocked item. A small sampling includes:

Laser Tubes and Laser Components of both Borosilicate and Quartz Glass

Blown glass lenses and Domes with optional Sandblasting, Masking or Conductive Coatings

Laboratory Apparatus - Custom or Modification of Standard Lab Glass. Also repair of all laboratory apparatus.

Glass-to-Metal Seals
Copper, Kovar and Tungsten

Bent Glass and/or Slumped Glass - Clear Borosilicate and Clear or Colored High Expansion Glass, glass sheets and plate glass.

We have developed our own proprietary technique for slumping bubble glass for antique clock faces and picture frames

If you have a sketch , sample blank or frame we can make a mold to bend or slump your finished product.

Production Cutting of cells, spacers, beads, cases, blanks, cylinders, and tubes for all industries.

Specializing in electronics, lighting, automotive, medical, diagnostic and scientific applications.
Cutting of all diameters from 1mm to 180mm and lengths as small as 1mm; with smooth or fire-polished ends; in standard and precision drawn Borosilicate and Quartz tubing and rod.

Repairs

We perform repairs on both quartz and borosilicate laser tubes. Glass repairs and replacements can be made on all designs and shapes of laboratory apparatus, including all types of ground joints, stopcocks, valves, hose connectors, flasks, etc.

We also repair and/or replace side arms, outer shield and base of ICP and ICP-MS torches
